Mr. Keiichi Izawa has recently joined us as Senior Japanese Advisor. With over 35 years of distinguished experience in Japan’s social welfare and elderly care sectors, Mr. Izawa brings exceptional leadership and international insight to our organization.
Mr. Izawa began his career in 1985 with Iwamizawa Ryokuzinkai Medical Corporation, where he held key roles across medical administration, hospital management, and case work. He went on to serve as Managing Director of Rein Corporation, overseeing a wide range of elderly care facilities and services, and later led Ashirtech Co., Ltd., a consultancy specializing in long-term care, welfare, and medical services. He later founded Lien Co., Ltd., chain of elderly care centres specialising on dementia day services, dementia group homes, small-scale multi-functional in-home care, and assisted living facilities.
In addition to his work in Japan, Mr. Izawa has played a pioneering role in expanding Japanese-style caregiving models internationally. He has established and advised caregiving ventures in Malaysia and Vietnam, including another senior home in Ipoh, where he served as Senior Advisor until early 2025.
His vision and passion for improving quality of life for seniors, both in Japan and abroad, make him an invaluable asset to our team.
